1. Start by sitting upright on the stability ball with your feet flat on the floor. Ensure your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle and your back is straight. 2. Slowly extend one leg out in front of you, keeping your heel on the ground and your toes pointing upwards. Your other foot should remain flat on the floor. 3. Gently lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight. Reach towards your extended foot with both hands. You should feel a stretch in the back of your extended leg, in your hamstring. 4. Hold this position for about 20-30 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position. 5. Repeat the stretch with the other leg. 6. Aim to do this stretch 3-5 times on each leg. Remember to keep your movements slow and controlled, and never stretch to the point of pain.
