1. Start by standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other. 2. Lower your body into a squat position and place the dumbbells on the floor in front of you. Make sure your back is straight and your chest is up. 3. Kick your feet back into a plank position while keeping your hands on the dumbbells. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels. 4. Perform a push-up by bending your elbows and lowering your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. Push your body back up to the plank position. 5. Jump your feet back in towards the dumbbells, landing in a squat position. 6. Stand up straight while lifting the dumbbells towards your shoulders, then press them overhead until your arms are fully extended. 7. Lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders and then down to your sides, returning to the starting position. 8. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions. Remember to keep your movements controlled and steady, and your core engaged throughout the exercise to maximize endurance training.
