To perform the Assisted Standing Triceps Extension with a towel, follow these steps: 1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold one end of the towel with your right hand and extend your arm straight above your head. 2. Bend your right elbow so that your hand is behind your head and the towel hangs down your back. 3. Reach behind your back with your left hand and grab the other end of the towel. Your left hand should be positioned lower down your back, near the middle. 4. Keeping your right arm close to your head, slowly straighten your right elbow and lift the towel up. Your left hand should slide up your back as you do this, providing resistance. 5. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your right hand back down behind your head. 6. Repeat this movement for your desired number of repetitions, then switch hands and repeat the exercise with your left arm. Remember to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the exercise. The movement should be controlled and slow, focusing on the contraction and extension of the triceps muscle.
